My name is Deme Villena, and I’m an junior artist, illustrator and graphic designer. I am 23 years old and I’m originally from Elche, Alicante, even though I currently live in Valencia (Spain). I studied the Design and Creative Technologies degree in Polytechnic University of Valencia from 2020 to 2024, and I achieved honorary certificates in two subjects (Narrative Illustration and Final Art).
I consider myself an extremely versatile artist. I enjoy working every kind of technique, both analog and digital ones. I also love trying different illustration styles, from over detailed drawings to graphic ones with flat colours. That’s why I’m able to adapt myself to any artistic environment, and I can explore so many ways to bring my ideas to life.
The aspect that makes me special as an artist according to me is that I’m able to tell stories of all kinds through my works. Stories to feel identified with, stories that will transport you to special places you never though about, and stories that will create unespected and unique feelings in yourself.
